Appointments are not necessary. We arrange our quoting schedule by sweeping from one end of Durham to the next and anticipated times are not guaranteed. They are, at best, approximate. Normally, we drop in within a couple of business days and leave the quote in your mailbox or at your door. If you do require an appointment, we will try our best to facilitate the request.  ​
